We aim to deliver all deliveries placed for the week ahead, subject to the availability of the birds or animals. In exceptional circumstances we may extend this to 10 days to dispatch your order.

We offer a 48-hour guarantee on our birds and animals. If you are at all concerned about the health of your new pet within the first 2 days, please let us know. We will make a log of this and if any symptoms or lethargic behaviour continue or worsen, we can arrange a replacement for you. We will not accept liability for any 3rd party vet bills.

If you have purchased a DNA sexed bird from us, you will receive a certificate with the bird's ID number and whether it is male or female. If you purchase a bird from us that requires a CITES Article 10 certificate, you will receive this at point of sale.
